All images, descriptions, and other information on the Lackawanna College websites are the property of Lackawanna College. Reproduction, modification, or use is not permitted without express written permission of the website administrator of Lackawanna College.

Lackawanna College collects personally identifiable information when users submit forms (for example, applications for admittance or requests for information and services) on the website. Personally identifiable information includes any information that could reasonably be used to identify the user. This includes name, address, e-mail address, Social Security number, birth date, student ID number, bank account information, credit card information, or any combination of information that could be used for identification purposes. Forms collect only that information to support the administrative needs of the College in areas such as Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration and Communications.

All parties storing materials (including but not limited to HTML files, images, audio, video, scripts and programs) on the College web server represent and warrant to Lackawanna College that the installation, copying, distribution, and use of such materials in connection with the Lackawanna College web site will not violate any other party's property rights and that these materials do not contain any libelous or defamatory statements and do not violate any federal, state or local laws. Lackawanna College is not responsible for any errors in the materials provided on the College web server. All materials maintained on the College web server are provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind.

Lackawanna College reserves the right to remove, delete or take down any materials that College personnel, in their sole discretion, deem unacceptable or in violation of this Privacy Statement.
