Facilities:
- New boilers where installed in Angeli Hall. Stone work outside should be wrapped up early next week.
- We placed Waste Management recycling cans at all buildings.
- We hired a new HVAC person, Jerome Singleton
- Installed new counter tops in all of the dorm lounge areas and in the kitchen on Con. Ed.
- We have received bids for the repairs to the elevator shaft at Seeley hall. Some blocks are cracked and separated that we are having repaired.
- New furniture in the Falcons’ Nest
- New lounge furniture on the second floor of Tobin Hall
- We will have new lobby furniture in Angeli Hall’s lobby being delivered over winter break.
- We moved Mary Beth Roche from the Seeley Library to the Scranton Library.
- We will be moving Gopu Kiron from his office in the back of the falcons’ Nest to Mary Beth Roche’s old office in the library of Seeley.
- There is now a handicap accessible bathroom on the ground floor of Angeli Hall near the loading dock. We installed a handicap push button door and lock.
- Repairs were made the foundation of Angeli Hall around the Vines St., Washington Ave, and the Student lot sides of the building.
- Repairs were made to the 3rd floor wall outside of the reception hall where water was coming through the wall from the outside.
Custodial:
- We have recently hired 3 new part time custodial staff members through OneSource, Kareem Collins, Joann Ortiz, Guillermo Benitez. They will be starting today 12/3

- Finals grades are due Tuesday, December 10 at 4 p.m. This was pushed back one day due to the school closing for the weather on Monday.
- Finals scheduled for Monday will be held on the make-up day- Friday, 12/6.
- We have 156 potential December graduates.
- Our office will process Intersession registrations during the holiday break.
- We went live with electronic trancripts last week through NSC.

We will also conduct a parent information session during Welcome Weekend on Friday, January 17 and an academic orientation for new resident students on Sunday, January 19.
Finally, we will devote December to reach outs to non-registered students and then beginning the transcript review (Scranton students) once final grades are posted for fall.

Residence Hall Activity sessions go over basics such as laundry and other essentials in the hall. The Resident Student Information Session involves all departments such as Public Safety and Student Wellness.
In case of inclement weather, the events planned will be moved to the next day. Please keep schedules open in case of postponed events.
