Academic Success Coach - Describes services available to address and insure completion of educational programs of study.
Advising Information - Includes a description of the Lackawanna College advising program along with contact information for all academic advisors.
Student Accounts - Provides information regarding tuition payments and refund policy.
Career Development - Assists all students and alumni of Lackawanna College in exploring and making effective career choices.
Financial Aid - Provides students with an overview of financial aid related topics and services.
Graduation Information - Provides updates on academic information required for students who are approaching graduation.
Public Safety - Contains information on campus closings, emergency notifications, and various public safety forms.
Registrar - Provides information on notable academic dates and allows students and alumni to download a variety of forms from the Office of the Registrar.
Student Success Center - Provides an individualized approach of connecting students to the resources available from transition into Lackawanna College through graduation.
Student Wellness Program - Provides support and guidance to students adjusting to college life; also offers confidential counseling for students in a variety of areas
Transcript Requests - Official Lackawanna College transcripts are requested online through the National Student Clearinghouse. Follow this link and the step-by-step instructions listed. NOTE: Transcript requests will not be processed if a financial and/or administrative hold is on record.
Transfer Information - Provides up-to-date information concerning transferability information regarding current articulation agreements.
Tutoring Services(Subject Tutoring) - Assists Lackawanna College students in achieving their academic goals by providing professional, and/or group tutoring opportunities.
Writing Center - It is the mission of the Writing Center to serve all members of the Lackawanna College community through the use of individualized collaboration with a focus on producing better writers rather than better writing.

The College utilizes the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) for all courses. This memo provides some important information for getting started in your Canvas course. Please read each part carefully.
To access your online course, follow these instructions:

We strongly encourage you to download the Canvas app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. This way, you’ll be able to receive instant course alerts, receive and respond to messages from your instructor on-the-go, and have access to additional functionality. You must log in to your online course and participate on the first day of classes for the given term. Please note that there are several orientation and Module 1 discussion questions due on that first week, so participation on Day 1 is critical.
When you begin your course on the start date, you’ll see a student orientation video located in one of the sections of the orientation module. This video provides a complete overview of your online course, so be sure to watch it before beginning your Module 1 work. Remember that this is a fast-paced course, so due dates often arrive at a rapid pace!
